A rare children's pop-up book in Danish, about a magician, written by George Theiner and illustrated by Czech artist Rudolf Lukeš (who worked at Barrandov Studios). A charming book in nice shape, with perhaps one pop-up partially detached (the dog bone appears to be loose, but it is unclear where it was originally). The last pop-up is partially loose (with the cat/mouse). Light shelf wear from age, some light peeling to the cloth spine along the back. Made in Prague. See pictures for a closer look! Approx. 9" x 7.5"
